The refund of your order is possible in the following cases:
- cancellation of the event without postponement date,
- rescheduling of the event and according to the conditions communicated by our services.
Reimbursement of tickets (excluding ancillary costs such as, for example, shipping, handling or Billetcollector ™ costs) is made under the following conditions.
Tickets not withdrawn in stores ("physical" tickets)
If you have purchased your tickets online and have not yet picked up your tickets in stores, please complete a refund request
For this purpose, choose « Refund of tickets not collected in store for canceled / postponed event».
Choice of refund method
Refund will be processed by on credit card you have ordered with or by check.
Without your indication, the refund is made by default depending on the payment method used during the order.
Please check that postal address in your customer account is complete and correct - and update it if necessary.
Refund by check is sent to the postal address of your customer account.
Refund by credit card is made to the credit card used for payment of the order.
