After placing an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Your order is also listed in the order history of your customer account on the website where you placed your order.
If you notice a debit on your account and cannot find the order confirmation in your email inbox:
- make sure that the order was placed with our services. If your account statement does not show Ticketnet or Ticketmaster, it means that you must have booked on a ticketing platform other than ours.
- make sure that the email address you are searching for the order confirmation in is the one you used to place the order. It is possible that you placed the order using another email address (work address, your spouse's email address), so please check all your email accounts.
- Ticket websites can look similar, so please check that you are logged in to the website where you created your account and/or placed your order.
- Log in to your customer account and check whether the order appears in your purchase history.
If, after checking these points, you still cannot find your order, please contact us using the contact form, providing your surname, first name, email address, date of purchase, amount and the first 4 and last 2 digits of the credit card used for the online booking.
You have not been charged and you cannot find the order confirmation in your email inbox:
It is highly likely that your purchase has not been definitively confirmed. We therefore invite you to place another order on our website after checking that the order is not listed in your order history.
