Following an order placed on our site, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Your order is also listed in the history of your customer account.
If you notice a debit on your bank account and you cannot find the order confirmation in your mailbox :
- First of all make sure that the order has been placed with our services. If your account statement does not show Ticketnet or Ticketmaster, you must have booked on a ticketing platform other than ours.
- then make sure that the address of the mailbox in which you are looking for the order confirmation is the one with which you placed the order. It is indeed possible that you placed the order with another of your email addresses (professional address, email address of your spouse), so check all your mailboxes.
- log into your customer account and check if the order is in your purchase history.
If at the end of these checks you have not found your order, then send us a request specifying on the contact form your name, first name, e-mail address, the date of your purchase, the amount, the 4 first and last 2 digits of the credit card used online for the reservation.
If you have not been debited and you cannot find the order confirmation:
It is very likely that your purchase has not been finalized. We invite you to order again on our site.
